You know what you’re getting with a Nando’s and it didn’t disappoint. Juicy spicy chicken and lots of side options. Very happy to visit h my local Nando’s after arriving in the area.
We went to Nando’s today for a children’s birthday dinner celebration and had such a great experience. Even though it was very busy and we had to wait around 20 minutes to be seated, the staff were incredibly kind and accommodating. A team member named Warren went above and beyond by giving us free ice cream as a gesture for the wait — such a thoughtful touch! All the other staff were equally friendly and welcoming, which made the whole visit even more enjoyable. We’ll definitely be coming back. Thank you for the great service!
We was sitted immediately with lovely staff who took our order from the front desk. Food service was super quick and we didn’t wait for long. We really appreciate all the staff members and we had a lovely time and we will definitely come back. Thank you everyone.
We were very happy with Jacob’s service, he was professional and attentive towards our needs. Jacob went above and beyond to ensure we had a good dining experience. Food was great too, no complaints
Never reviewed a chain before but felt compelled to after a really wonderful experience. Went for a quick meal with my (very shy) 6 year old son and could not believe how amazing the staff were. Jacob chatted to us, leant me his phone charger, made my son smile and laugh, and really made an impression. I am so impressed and touched by the people we met today. My son was so charmed by Jacob, in particular, that he wouldn’t leave until he’d been able to say goodbye in person. Thank you so much.
The usual Nando's and is no difference; fast service and a good atmosphere. The only issue was that there were no knives left and it took staff a long time to act on this once told. I had to cut my chicken with a fork and spoon. The soft serve machine was also not operating as I couldn't order this on the menu.
